"Our meals are freshly prepared on daily basis and blast chilled. Our recipe ensures that every meal retains its flavour, texture and nutritions without use of any preservatives. We only use Welsh Lamb and Free Range Chicken sourced from local butchers based in Gower. Our Vegetable are sourced from Swansea based suppliers too. We do not use any frozen produce in our meals.
Most of our packaging is eco-friendly too. We use compostable containers which can be recycled with food waste and turn back to compost in 12 weeks cycle.
